Maple Cream
Maple cream is a smooth spread made from nothing but pure maple syrup boiled to a higher temperature and rapidly cooled. Once cooled the maple cream is stirred in a machine till it becomes very smooth in texture. Maple cream makes excellent spreads for donuts, muffins, waffles, crackers, or just by the spoonful.
